++++ Sadly but true. My keep-me-alive trip in Australia is over.  12 months on
the road, meeting nice people, visiting awesome places, working on my art and
sleeping in so many wired beds. I have to say cheers to a bunch of  good mates
down under!!! You know who you are!
++++ I’m currently working on a retrospective, which will be a book about the
trip and my art.  Looking for a publisher and editing the final pages!!!  If someone
is interested in publishing it or if someone has some contacts, please send me an

++++ I stayed a few weeks in the Hibernia-House in Sydney. Its one of the oldest
warehosues in central Sydney and a place for artist, musician, local bands & freaks.
The building, rooftop, elevator, artstudios and the confusing stairways are a perfect
streetart gallery. I took plenty of pics in this time, here are a few!!!!

++++ I just want to give you a short update about my keep-me-alive trip.
I flew up to Cairns (far north on the east cost) and bought a startrooper
three weeks ago. My new roadbuddy, Mr. startrooper, is a four-wheel-drive
campervan. The keep-me-alive tour is now an art/inspirational road trip
down the east cost of Australia. I’m now drawing, sketching, sleeping, eating
and living on four wheels. On the way down the cost I will still visit some
art shows, studios and artist.  next stop and post = Brisbane.

++++ Beastman is an artist, designer and photographer based in Sydney, Australia.
Years of skateboarding has strongly influenced Beastman’s characters, concepts and
unique style.  I met him in his little but really nice studio in Sydney. See some studio

++++ I visited the “mitten fortress” studio of streetartist ghostpatrol.
He is a self taught illustrator and artist and he shares his studio with the
streetartist miso in Melbourne City.  His work ranges form fine ink drawing,
street art, commissioned murals and soft sculpture.  Enjoy!
